Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise care, assess patients, and develop personalized care plans to support recovery.

You will build strong relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor other staff while celebrating milestones and progress in a supportive, empathetic environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in accordance with Wisconsin state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
