The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for GEO Secured Services in Florida to provide comprehensive case management to inmates under contract. You will work with Continuum of Care, coordinate GEOtrack records, and support transition planning and rehabilitation programs.

You will train, meet inmates, address housing and program needs, prepare reports, and collaborate with staff to ensure safety and smooth operations. A background in criminal justice and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field desirable.
• Minimum two years of experience in a correctional setting.
• Understand Principles of Effective Intervention to reduce recidivism.
• Ability to work in a professional team and implement team strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; learn facility rules and security procedures.
• Proficient with computers and department software.

Responsibilities

• Record case management notes using GEOtrack and track program needs.
• Develop caseload knowledge and address education, vocational and transition needs.
• Counsel inmates and help with rehabilitation program progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with inmates to support housing and program goals.
• Coordinate visiting and telephone lists and assist with unit management.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned.
