Job summary

Mentor Hills Post Acute is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee day-to-day rehab operations, coordinating services for inpatient and outpatient populations while supervising therapists, assistants, aides, and students.

The DOR will implement new programs, manage staffing and productivity, ensure compliant documentation, and collaborate with facility teams and referral sources; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold license as PT/OT/SLP; CA PTAs excluded.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.
• Experience supervising rehab staff and programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise rehabilitation personnel across the facility.
• Schedule department staff to meet facility needs.
• Provide direct care and determine appropriate caseload.
• Ensure that clinical documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage productivity standards and billing documentation.
• Travel as needed to reach assigned destinations.
