MentorHills is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee the rehabilitation department across assigned facilities. You will supervise licensed and support staff, plan scheduling, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive program development and regulatory compliance.

The role includes managing documentation, billing, and denials support, coordinating with facility leaders, and traveling as needed to meet deadlines and program needs. A clinical rehabilitation background is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology. May have Associate Degree from an accredited OT or PT Assistant program. Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.
