Responsibilities

• Execute individual patient treatment programs under the supervising therapist.
• Guide patients through exercises and activities to support daily living goals.
• Provide feedback on patient performance and progress toward goals.
• Document treatment plans, patient response, and progress using clinical terminology.
• Communicate with the healthcare team and participate in discharge planning.
