Hutchinson Health and Rehab in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring clinical team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment focused on quality resident care.

As an RN, you will monitor residents’ condition, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate care to our seniors. 12-hour day or night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical-surgical or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, monitor their condition, and follow physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects and report changes.
• Supervise nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and manage admissions and discharges.
