Neodesha Care and Rehab in Neodesha, KS is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide total care for residents, administer medications according to physician orders, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, monitor condition, and follow physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments and ensure narcotic policies are followed.
• Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPPA compliance while communicating with residents and families.
