Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure with KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes.
• Follow narcotic policies and procedures; report changes.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Document resident status and care activities accurately.
• Admit and discharge residents while maintaining HIPAA standards.
