Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to join our rehabilitation team in Madisonville, TN.

You will provide bedside nursing care to adults recovering from stroke and other complex conditions, administering medications, monitoring status, and supporting ADLs to promote comfort and safety. Collaborating with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will help coordinate care, document observations in the EMR, and educate patients and families to support recovery and safe discharge
