Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide compassionate bedside nursing care to adult rehabilitation patients with stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic/neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will administer medications and prescribed treatments, monitor vital signs, document observations, and support rehabilitation goals in coordination with RNs and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and administer medications safely.
• Proficient documentation and communication skills.
• Compassionate bedside approach and commitment to patient-centered education.
