Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Full Time Rehabilitation Facility Manager to lead our Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services at the St. Clairsville facility. You will oversee daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and ensure patient care meets high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services
• Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust departmental processes as needed
• Assist with patient care when needed to support the team and maintain workflow
