Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Full Time Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at Mount St. Joseph's Nursing Home in Euclid, Ohio.

You will oversee the daily operations of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy while ensuring high-quality patient care and alignment with facility goals. Join a collaborative, patient-centered team with strong clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in therapy services (OT/PT/SLP) and supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Ability to coordinate therapy with nursing and facility leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department across OT, PT, and SLP.
• Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate with facility leadership to align therapy with patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing for coverage.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust processes as needed.
