Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Rehabilitation Facility Manager (COTA) to lead therapy services at Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The role oversees OT/PT/SLP operations, staffs, and ensures regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with facility leadership, manage caseloads and scheduling, monitor outcomes, and assist with patient care as needed in a collaborative, team-focused environment. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold current COTA certification in Ohio.
• Experience managing therapy departments.
• Ability to supervise staff across OT/PT/SLP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.
• Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust departmental processes as needed.
• Assist with patient care when needed to support the team and maintain workflow.
