Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at Mount St. Joseph's Nursing Home in Euclid, Ohio. This full-time role directs Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy, ensures patient care excellence, and drives team performance.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with facility leadership, maintain regulatory compliance, manage caseloads and scheduling, monitor outcomes, and support the team to maintain workflow.

We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at the facility and ensure both patient care and team performance stay at a high level.

About The Role

As a Full Time Rehabilitation Manager, you will:
