Evolve Therapy Services in Webster, MA is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will lead all aspects of the therapy program under the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• Active PTA license in one or more states.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Experience with PDPM and MDS is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy operations for the facility to meet standards.
• Manage all aspects of the therapy program in assigned facility.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop facility-specific procedures and train staff.
• Ensure therapy services meet documentation and billing standards.
