Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (PTA/OTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Reading, MA. The role supports the Director of Rehabilitation in managing therapy operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have active state licensure (PT/OT/SLP or PTA/OTA), strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with PDPM and MDS management.

Competenze

• Active license in state(s) of practice (PT/PTA, OT/OTA, or SLP)
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Mansioni

• Assist the DOR with oversight and management of the therapy program at the facility(s)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish facility procedures and train staff
• Maintain therapy productivity and ensure accurate billing and coding for services
• Provide professional leadership and mentorship to therapy staff
