Job summary

PACS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation in Newberg, OR to oversee the rehab department for inpatient and outpatient populations. You will supervise PT/OT/SLP staff, manage scheduling, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive program development.

Qualifications include licensure as PT/OT/SLP or equivalent, CPR as required, and a Bachelor in related field; advanced degrees preferred. Travel may be required within the region as needed.

• Supervise PT/OT/SLP therapists, assistants, aides and students.
• Ability to plan department staffing and scheduling.
• Licensure as PT/OT/SLP or equivalent; CPR as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day rehabilitation operations for assigned facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care across inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Manage department budgeting, productivity, and billing documentation.
