Job summary

Rivercrest Post Acute in Oregon City is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Manager to lead therapy staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure high-quality rehab services in accordance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and guides therapy personnel including therapists, assistants, aides, and students.
• Schedules department staff daily to meet facility needs.
• Provides direct care and determines appropriate caseload with management input.
• Ensures rehabilitation needs of residents are met.
• Maintains complete, timely clinical documentation reflecting services provided.
• Coordinates denials management and billing documentation per company standards.
• Travels as necessary to reach assigned destinations.
