This role requires licensure as a therapist or therapy assistant, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, mentor, and optimize therapy services while ensuring high-quality documentation and PDPM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist or Therapy Assistant with active state license.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
