Job summary

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Masters level counselor to provide individual and group counseling within our PROS program in Copiague, NY. The role includes delivering therapeutic groups and interventions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring timely documentation in line with OMH regulations.

The qualified candidate will hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, possess a valid NY driver license, and meet background verification

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or preferred in Social Work/Mental Health
• Experience delivering individual and group counseling
• Ability to complete required documentation within 48 hours

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling within the PROS program
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Complete all required documentation within 48 hours and ensure compliance with OMH regulations
• Support members in growth and recovery
