RiseWell Community Services in New York is seeking a Full Time Master Level Counselor – Rehabilitation Therapist to provide individual and group therapy within our PROS program.

You will work on an interdisciplinary team, lead therapeutic groups, document within 48 hours, and help members grow and recover in alignment with OMH regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• NYS license preferred.
• Valid NYS driver license, fingerprinting, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic groups and individual interventions to assist members in growth and recovery.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation within 48 hours and comply with OMH regulations.

Education
