Nabenet, part of the Altius Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to assist injured claimants to return to work on a safe, sustainable basis. You will deliver holistic support to restore functional performance and drive successful RTW outcomes.

Responsibilities include case management, worksite assessments, stakeholder liaison, and developing personalised rehabilitation plans aligned with recovery milestones. A tertiary qualification and full Australian working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification and current registration with the appropriate body in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current driver's license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.
• Conduct worksite assessments and plan return-to-work pathways.
• Utilise clinical experience to assess and facilitate return to work.
• Liaise with insurers, employers, medical practitioners and employees.
• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans for whole-person recovery.
• Develop quality early intervention strategies.
• Present case information and provide credible recommendations.

About the role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Nabenet, you'll be responsible for assisting injured claimants to return to work on a safe and sustainable basis. You'll provide holistic support for our clients to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance and deliver a successful return to work. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, driven by the company values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork. Your main duties will include:

• Delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services
• Conducting worksite assessments and using lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
• Utilising problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
• Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
• Developing personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
• Developing quality early intervention strategies
• Presenting case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal

• A tertiary qualification and current registration with the appropriate body in either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy,Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full Australian working rights
• Current driver's license and car
