Job summary

A healthcare facility is seeking Behavioral Technicians to support individuals recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The role involves providing direct support, implementing behavior plans, and assisting with daily living activities in a collaborative environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, with experience preferred but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with TBI, SCI, or other neurological conditions preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with TBI and/or SCI.
• Implement behavior plans designed by clinical staff.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and therapy teams for coordinated care.
