Athletico Physical Therapy in Lisle, IL is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians. You will greet patients, assist therapists and aides during treatment, and perform administrative and clinical duties in compliance with state requirements.

Essential duties include preparing patients for therapy, assisting with exercises, managing routine treatments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment, while handling phones and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Able to work as part of a clinical team
• Basic knowledge of office equipment

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices; supports therapists during treatments
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises under supervision
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
• Assists with inventory and supplies management in the clinic
