Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patient flow and assist clinicians in our Illinois clinics. You will greet patients, help with administrative tasks, and assist therapists during treatment, while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for therapy, assisting with exercises, administering basic modalities, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to document clearly.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient-focused with compassion and teamwork.
• Basic office equipment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy, assists therapists during treatments.
• Motivates and guides patients in exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Stocking and organizing linens, supplies, and restrooms.
