Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; Document projects; Time management; Ensure patient satisfaction; Energetic team player; Compassion for patients; Thorough task completion; Basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restrooms and general areas maintained; restock supplies.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and filing.
