Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a clinic setting. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in accordance with state practice act requirements.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion for patients, and attention to detail while contributing to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous clinical aide/rehab tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail orientation and time management required
• Team player with compassion toward patients
• Able to complete tasks thoroughly with basic office knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and activities
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation)
• Clean treatment area and equipment
• Assist with scheduling, phones, and filing
• Manage clinic supplies and inventory as needed
