Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication; ability to document projects; time management; patient satisfaction; team player; compassion; complete tasks; basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises.
• Provides routine treatments such as heat/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Assists with administrative tasks like answering phones and scheduling appointments.
