Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient satisfaction: providing care that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Supports patients in performing exercises and functional activities.
• Administers routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains linen areas.
• Assists with scheduling and clerical tasks for the clinic.
