Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during PT sessions, and handle lightweight administrative tasks in a clinic setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, prior rehab aide experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; time management required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare for PT treatments; assist therapists.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, ultrasound).
• Clean treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Washes linens and maintains restrooms; restocks supplies.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file paperwork.
• Track and assist with clinic supplies; may order inventory.
