Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a clinical setting. You will greet patients, support therapists, and perform administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, assisting with exercises, and handling routine treatments while maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Able to manage time and multi-task.
• Able to work in a team in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy and assist with treatments.
• Support patients during exercises and activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Track non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
