Sheltering Arms Institute, a leading rehabilitation hospital network, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to optimize patient flow and coordinate unit activities with a transdisciplinary team. The role requires RN licensure in VA and prior inpatient care or rehab experience, with preferred BSN and relevant certifications.

Competenze

• 3 years previous experience providing care in either an acute care or inpatient rehab facility.
• Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience.
• BSN preferred; RN licensure in VA required.
• AHA BLS HCP certification or equivalent.
• CRRN or CBIS certification or willingness to acquire within defined parameters.

• Facilitates patient flow and coordinates activities and communication for the unit during the assigned shift.
