Gallup Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated travel nurses for a 12-week contract in Grants, NM. Positions available for LVN and RN with competitive hourly pay and a housing stipend. Shifts are 12 hours, with both new graduates welcomed and multi-state licenses encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsabilités

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff regarding quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care and administer medications when required, following physician orders as allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime and agency use.
• Assess work performance of nursing staff against unit standards.
• Conduct regular staff meetings on each shift and provide updates to DON.

• Assesses the work performance of nursing staff as it relates to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conducts regular staff meetings on each shift and provides updates to DON.
