Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Grants, NM is seeking licensed nurses for a 12-week travel assignment with 12-hour shifts. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 for LVN and $45 to $50 for RN per hour, plus a housing stipend. This contract is renewable and starts ASAP.

We welcome multi-state licenses and new graduates who will be trained. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance. You will deliver high-quality nursing care and support resident well-being throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serves as a resource to all staff within the facility regarding the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required; administer medications and treatments according to facility policy; carry out physician orders where allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime and use of agency personnel.
• Assess the work performance of nursing staff relative to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings on each shift and provide updates to DON.

• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
