Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO is seeking a Therapy Technician to assist clinicians in Bone and Joint therapy. Under supervision, you will prepare and maintain treatment areas, help transfer patients, and ready them for therapy sessions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued, with preference for prior medical experience. This position supports the therapy department and requires a team-oriented approach, flexible scheduling, and on-site work in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in the medical field is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical/problem solving; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/clean and maintain the therapy treatment area.
• Transfer and transport patients, prepare them for therapy, and assist clinician as instructed.
