The role involves overseeing administrative tasks and coordinating patient care under the supervision of a Therapy Care Navigator. Responsibilities include maintaining departmental filing, preparing documentation, and assisting with patient care. Qualifications

• Demonstrate computer proficiency.
• Nurses’ Aide Certification or equivalent health paraprofessional training and/or one year of experience in the rehabilitation field preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete company Tech Coordinator training and testing.
• Ability to identify, communicate and resolve issues and concerns as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care.
• Transport and assist with patient care under supervision.
• Maintain office supplies and departmental filing.
• Prepare and track necessary documentation for physician signatures.
• Attend meetings and communicate therapy information effectively.
• Complete daily documentation and timesheets.
