Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in manual labor.
• Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures.
• A valid driver’s license, and basic tools.
• Pass a background and criminal check.

Responsibilities

• Rehab houses and turn them into rent-ready units as part of a team.
• May perform work orders and maintenance for occupied houses as needed.
• Be willing to be on-call for emergencies, after-hours, weekends and holidays.
