Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas is seeking a Rehab Tech to join our team. This part-time, day shift role supports therapists by preparing patients for treatment and assisting during sessions.

The Rehab Tech will help with lifting, transfers and ambulation, assist with ADLs, and participate in safe patient care and treatment setup. BLS certification is preferred, prior related experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing patients for treatment under supervision of therapists.
• Participates in lifting, transferring and ambulation of patients and equipment.
• Assists with ADLs such as dressing and grooming as assigned.
• Performs routine tasks and safety checks during treatment.
• Transports patients to and from the Rehab Department.
• Takes inventory and stocks supplies.
