Job summary

Kindred Hospital ARU, Denver, Colorado, operated with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support therapy goals and provide quality patient care. The position is full-time at a Denver facility, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a national network.

You will collaborate with the rehab team, assist with patient transport, and ensure safety and accuracy in executing prescribed treatments. This role emphasizes patient-centric care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient care tasks as determined by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals.
• Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities.
• Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with members of the rehabilitation team.
• Observe and recognize patient reactions to treatment; follow instructions accurately.
• Lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis; use proper body mechanics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

BLS within 30 days

ACLS within 6 months

PALS within 6 months

One year experience preferred
