Hope Network is seeking a Rehab Technician I for Ada House on the 2nd shift, 16 hours per week, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role focuses on assisting individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries with daily living activities while promoting independence and quality of life.

You will support clients through hands-on care, community participation, and therapeutic goals, creating a supportive, respectful environment and celebrating progress with every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands-on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.
