Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-Time Rehab Technician to join our compassionate rehab team at Siena Lakes in Naples, Florida. This role supports residents’ mobility and independence in a long-term care setting.

You will transport residents, prepare for treatment, assist therapists, maintain records, and participate in quality improvement activities. Competitive pay and a benefits package accompany a schedule of five days per week, 4–5 hours daily.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Some care experience preferred in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the Company's commitment to Compassionate Care; project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties, as assigned
