Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-Time Rehab Technician at Siena Lakes in Naples, FL. This role supports therapists in a long-term care setting, helping residents maintain mobility and independence.

The position is 5 days a week for 4-5 hours daily, with compensation between $15 and $18 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include transporting residents, preparing them for treatment, assisting with evaluations, and helping implement individualized treatment programs under licensed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Some care/healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from therapy as needed.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the organization’s Compassionate Care commitment and project a professional Rehab image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
