Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Rehab Tech to join the inpatient team. Under the direct supervision of a therapist, you will provide patient care, assist with ADLs, transfers, mobility, and meals, and help with clinical tasks as assigned.

Competenze

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Healthcare CPR certification is required.
• High School or college degree with interest in further education related to healthcare.

Mansioni

• Provide patient care and assistance under the direct supervision of a therapist.

Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Rehab Tech to join the inpatient team. Under the direct supervision of a therapist, the Rehab Tech provides patient care and assistance including, but not limited to, patient transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, assist with leisure participation, ambulation tasks, supervision, and assistance with meals, and assisting with instrumental swallowing assessments as needed. Takes responsibility to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Provides assistance to therapists through direct care and delegated tasks. May rotate clinical areas.

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation a plus.

Education/Certifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• High School or college degree with interest in further education related to healthcare.
• Healthcare professionals CPR certification required.

Compensation

• $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
• This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market competitive compensation.
• Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
