Job summary

Child Serve in Cedar Rapids is hiring a Part-Time Rehab Tech II to support our Outpatient Therapy team and help create an organized, welcoming space for pediatric sessions.

The role involves organizing, cleaning, and disinfecting gyms, classrooms, and other therapy areas to maintain a safe environment for children and staff. It’s ideal for a college student seeking hands-on experience in pediatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• One year of experience in healthcare or with children is preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Support Outpatient Therapy team by organizing, cleaning, and disinfecting the gyms, classrooms, and other areas used for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists during sessions and help prepare treatment areas and equipment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of therapy spaces and equipment.

Job description

We are hiring for Part-Time Rehab Tech II at our Cedar Rapids clinic! This team member will support our Outpatient Therapy team by organizing, cleaning, and disinfecting the gyms, classrooms, and other areas we use for therapy sessions. This is a great position for college student looking to gain experience in a pediatric outpatient therapy setting.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 2pm-6pm
• 20 hours/week

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma preferred.
