Job summary

Child Serve is hiring a PRN Rehab Tech for our Des Moines clinic to support the Outpatient Therapy team by organizing, cleaning, and disinfecting the therapy spaces used for pediatric sessions.

This position is suitable for college students seeking experience in a pediatric outpatient therapy setting, with flexible Monday–Friday shifts and clinic hours from 8am to 6pm. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• One year of experience working in a healthcare setting or with children is preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Organize, clean, and disinfect gyms, classrooms and other therapy spaces.
• Support the Outpatient Therapy team during sessions.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment to facilitate pediatric therapy.
