Job summary

Aquacare/Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is seeking an Exercise Specialist to coach patients through PT-designed exercise programs, including aquatic therapy sessions. You may assist with prep and cleanup of treatment areas and pool deck, while supporting therapists and maintaining clinic cleanliness.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, teamwork with a small clinic staff, and ongoing training opportunities. Part-time schedule with some evening hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable and patient-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic morning.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and records.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under a PT direction.
• Set up and reset treatment areas and pool deck between sessions.
• Monitor safety in gym and water environments; report issues.
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, schedule patients, and cover front desk when needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties for clinic cleanliness.
