Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Seaford, DE is hiring an Exercise Specialist / Rehab Tech. You will guide patients through exercises, assist therapists, and help with pool-side activities, with a part-time schedule. Training and growth are emphasized in a clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Reliability and strong communication with patients in pain or frustration.
• Basic computer skills and ability multitask on busy mornings.
• CPR certification and lifeguard certification are helpful.
• Coursework in exercise science or kinesiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under a PT's direction.
• Set up and reset treatment areas, equipment, and pool deck between patients.
• Monitor safety in gym and water; speak up if something looks off.
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, schedule patients, and cover front desk as needed.
• Housekeeping duties for clinic and common areas.
