Job summary

Aquacare Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is seeking an Exercise Specialist / Rehab Tech in Lewes, DE. You will coach patients through PT-designed exercise programs, including aquatic therapy, and assist the therapist with clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Reliability and strong communication with patients in pain or frustrated.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy morning.
• CPR certification preferred or obtained.
• coursework or degree in exercise science or kinesiology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under a PT's direction.
• Set up and reset treatment areas, equipment, and the pool deck between patients.
• Monitor safety in gym and pool, report concerns.
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, schedule patients, and cover front desk when needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep clinic clean.
