Job summary

Aquacare/Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is seeking an Exercise Specialist (rehab tech) in SEAFORD, DE. This part-time position pays $16-17 per hour and involves guiding patients through exercises designed by physical therapists, plus assisting with therapy pool activities.

You will also help maintain clean treatment areas, assist with front desk duties, and support a team of PTs and techs. This role trains for PT/ PTA pathways and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliability and strong people skills.
• Ability to communicate with patients in pain or frustration.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
• Willingness to learn CPR and lifeguard duties (certification optional).

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under a PT's direction.
• Set up and reset treatment areas and pool deck between patients.
• Monitor safety in the gym and water; speak up when something looks off.
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, schedule patients, and cover the front desk when needed.
• Housekeeping duties to keep clinic clean.
