Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners in Livermore, CA is seeking a dedicated Rehab Tech to support therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.

You will help with therapeutic exercises, prepare treatment spaces, monitor patients, assist with mobility, maintain equipment, and document progress while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in rehab/healthcare setting is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of rehab equipment and exercises.
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists with patient care.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patients during therapy activities and report concerns.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and spaces.
• Document patient progress and assist with administrative tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Provide encouragement and support throughout rehabilitation.
